What sports do you offer athlete support in?

We currently offer support in Motocross, BMX, Mountain Bike. Do you have what it takes?!

Do you offer support or sponsorship other then for sports such as bands, events or random happenings?

At Rizen our focus is on sports, Athletes and sports events. Contact us if you have something to offer.

Do you have a cut-off each year for sponsorship requests?

No we don’t have a particular cut-off date each year when it comes to considering sponsorship requests. However many things are considered when we look to work with events or athletes. We do get a lot of requests!

How can I apply for support if live in a small country?

The Rizen Army is uprising, so we are interested in athletes from across the globe.

Can you send me the Rizen Unlimited logo?

No, we have a strict policy as to who uses our logos and the type of usage needed.

What currency is charged at checkout?

All payments at checkout are charged in AUD$ regardless of which currency you opt for during browsing.

Why did my order arrive in two different parcels?

Rizen is distributed via two warehouses. Orders will be dispatched via the closest warehouse to your location that has available stock items.

Can I get a refund on custom/personalized items?

No we do not offer any refunds on custom or personalized items.
